With unzipping and installing of the track following acceptance by the user regardless of conditions as:



1st For the use of ][udson Kerr rFactor Highres Skys : before unpacking read the licensing agreement .

2nd Any commercial use is PROHIBITED by the authors and the owners of the brands, characters and licenses.

3rd Any changes to files, and other elements of the Mod are prohibited.

4th The reproduction of the 3D Polygonmesh is prohibited - This includes a similar Duplicate.

5th Bypass the copyprotection of the GMT-files is prohibited by german law
    § 95a Paragraph 1 copyright law 
    and may be persecuted  (§ 108b Copyright Act) as a criminal prosecution.
