End User License Agreement (EULA)

     - This conversion was made for using it as it is, feel free to use and host it as long 
       as the package was not modified or attended by any AddOn releases.

     - Conversions, updates/upgrades and/or modifications of this version aren't allowed,
       whatever the destination platform, without PRIOR written permission of the scratch 
       autor and the conversion team.

     - Any kind of usage in "blacklisted" communities isn't allowed, 
       this includes "hosting" as well as Gameserver usage.

     - We accept no responsibilities for losses or damage resulting from the use of any of our versions.


This conversion is the result of the unlimited working hours spend by different people 
all over the world at their leisure time.
Any little puzzle peace of the resulting version is discussed by all team members involved.

We’re offering the result of all these working hours to all of you free of charge, 
but we ask for one single fee from your side:

We're always open minded regarding possible improvements, but we expect PRIOR discussion 
with the conversion team as a normal behavior of polite people.
In our eyes it isn't such a big burden to simply drop a mail or PM to us in advance of spending 
aditional working hours in modifying our work.

Unfortunately  we've made some bad experiences regarding people thinking something free of 
charge also mean "free of any immaterial value".
So these people modified and announced modified versions in public without any communication in advance.
In our humble opinion this a bad kind of behavior which misses any respect to the efforts of 
everybody involved in the current version.

The missing support of the administration of some communities in such issues leaded into our 
decision to stop our support for theses communities.
So we "blacklisted" these communities for any kind of usage (Hosting / Gameserver usage and so on) 
of our working efforts as followed below.
